Except two organisations all the representatives were participated in the meeting.
Com.Ravi Malik, Secretary General of Superintendent Association of Central Excise Department welcomed all the leaders of the participating organizations and appreciated the effort done by the comrades for implementation of programs on 9.11.2016- lunch hour demonstration program and 7.12.2016-Black Badge Programme. The current situation for implementation of GST and demonetization by the government were also discussed elaborately
On review of implementation of programs all the comrades from various organizations  participated. It was recorded that except few places/organizations most of the units observed both lunch hour demonstration and wearing of black badge programme. The reason for not carrying out the programs were informed as the lack of proper campaign programme.  Hence it was decided that the state CoCs should be formed immediately, for mobilization of our members a tour programme should be organized by the leaders of three Departments on 2nd and 3rd week of January, 2017.
After threadbare discussion it has unanimously decided to strengthen the organisation (CoC of Revenue Deptt.) by forming committees in State level is very much required. In the present scenario, and attitude of the Govt. we have to deffered our next Dharna programme to be held on 5th January  2017 to be deferred on 7th February, 2017. After implementation of dharna programme successfully, we will finalise the next course of action.
