Kindly refer to the letter
F.No.C.30013//06/2012-Ad.IVA (Vol.II)Pt. Dt. 04.07.17 of CBEC/CBIC (also placed
on CBEC site) on the above subject.
2. The matter of holding of the meetings under
employee grievance redressal mechanism is regularly being taken up with the
CBEC/CBIC by the Association. Accordingly, the Board is regularly writing to
the field formations to hold the meetings and send the report.
3. In view of the above, it is very much requested to
kindly expedite the matter as asked in the above letter because the meetings
under employee grievance redressal mechanism are also being delayed at the
Board level for the want of the desired report from the field formations.
