Writ petition has been filed in High Court of Odisha with a prayer that the Superintendent of Central Excise may be given a grade pay of Rs 5400 in PB-3 w.e.f. 01.01.06 and grade pay Rs. 6600 in PB-3 w.e.f. 01.01.06 to those Superintendents of Central Excise who have completed 4 years of Service in the grade and grade pay of Rs. 7600 in PB-3 w.e.f. 01.01.06 to those Superintendent who have been awarded with 2nd Financial upgradation in ACP Scheme and further a grade pay of Rs. 8700 to such officers on completion of 2 years.with all consequential benefits w.e.f. 01.01.86.
Likewise, another Writ petition has also been filed in the same court for payment of arrears in Inspectors case w.e.f. 01.01.86.
